Structural or complex improvements none
The boat's best features stability comfort room nice sailing characteristics affordable
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. the swing keel is more maintenance work and added expense but is appropos for shallow Kansas lakes.
Sailing characterisitcs daysailing on one Kansas lake. it is a nice boat, my family likes it.
Motoring characterisitcs I have a 9.9 hp Chrysler two stroke outboard. I wouldn't want less horsepower. The boat handles well in windy conditions. Very predictable entering the harbor and our marina slip.
Liveability The forepeak does't look very inviting for two. I am going to modify the cabin layout to convert at night into a double bed. Also, a hatch airconditioner for hot Summer nights.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any purchased from an individual.
Other comments I have a high regard for the Cat 25 and Cat 30. Well thought out designs, well built and fun to work on and sail.
