If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Yes! She is just a great well cared for boat. I found her original owner on SBO and he talked with me several times about her history. The second owner took great care of her for 5 years and I got a lot of nice upgrades done by him.
Gear that's been added	Just some pillows and personnel things, she really needs a lite air sail on our lake so hope to add one next year.
Structural or complex improvements	No, she is ship shape, did full hull polish and restored her shine again. Did replace bimin top this year also. Plan to haul and do full bottom job next summer.
The boat's best features	The size and comfort she gives us as a family of 4. We love her space in the cabin, fwd berth comfort and great cockpit room.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	the traveler and main sail controls are not accessible from the helm. Also the outhaul is not lead to the cockpit and there is no Cunningham line either.
Sailing characterisitcs	Good, but needs 8-10 knts to sail, low wind is a drift fest without a lite air sail for sure.
Motoring characterisitcs	great, motor runs awesome and easily does 5+ for cruising and 6 knts full throttle on our lake.
Liveability	excellent living spaces, could use more enclosed cabinets and stowage.

Other comments	Love her and our plan is to leave the rat race behind in 10 years and sail her out to the gulf around FL and to the islands. After 10 years we should have her worked out well for our next adventure!
