If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	No only because I have decided to go offshore long term. This is not really an offshore boat
Gear that's been added	Chartplotter, radar
Structural or complex improvements
The boat's best features	Easy and comfortable. Good looking
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Engine overheats. Been looked at by many. Janmar not much help so far
Sailing characterisitcs	Not fast, not slow. Easy to sail and forgiving as long as early reef set. Needs cruising spinniker for downwind
Motoring characterisitcs	Good (I hope as I sort out the engine problem)
Liveability	Very good for coastal cruising

Other comments	I would like to see a single 50 amp service to run all including ac rather than the two 30 amps
