If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Absolutely! This was our boat we were looking forward to owning after working our way through our Lido, Catalina 22 and a Catalina 25.
Gear that's been added	We have added a dodger, new canvas, jib and 2 house batteries and a starter battery with charger.
Structural or complex improvements	none
The boat's best features	Obviously, the wide beam lends the C30 to a relaxed living atmosphere, and anyone who climbs down into the cabin is always surprised with the living area. Also, the ease with which it sails is a great asset for the weekend sailor.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	So far we have been lucky: no problems, no leaks, no conerns.
Sailing characterisitcs	Our Portland, OR area has the almighty Columbia RIver as its sailing mecca. Meager as it might be to other sailors, it does provide fun winds, great Mt. Hood views and year-round sailing possible.
Motoring characterisitcs	Basic motoring out of the harbor for a brief time.
Liveability	What a great relaxing, roomy vessel. For a 30 footer I have not seen one with the liveablilty this one affords. Usually it is my wife and I doing the weekend overnighters, but it would easily sleep 4 for a few nights.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	They are so good answering my questions and supplying me with some minor parts. If they have been unable to answer my questions they always refer me to someone that can.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	My dealer was great and very supportive.
Other comments	If you are looking for a nicely priced, easy sailing 30 footer, then this is a great boat. Lastly, I say quit looking and find the next nice one you see and start enjoying yourself~
