If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Sure, I paid only 6200 dollars for a boat owned by one owner - an engineer. It was in top notch conditon. My first large sail boat. Had hobies etc. She's forgiving and just a pleasure to run. "Question of Balance"
Gear that's been added	Not yet, I want to run the main and jib halyards back to the console.
Structural or complex improvements	Nope, Someday want to get a roller furling/
The boat's best features	The size makes it a good boat to solo even for a beginner. It is forgiving and turns well.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Nothing
Sailing characterisitcs	Wonderful at about 10 knot wind and twoth he 180 up.
Motoring characterisitcs	Got to watch the tiller when backing. Yoou could get hurt if it swings over. When both tiller and motor are used simultaneously the boat will turn in its own length. Actually highly maneuverable. Just have to take is slow and watch your momentum.
Liveability	It's not liveable if you like to shower every day. It probably could be converted but the spaces are tight despite the headroom.It has a great MSD so I don't need to worry about pumpou stations.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	Dealer experience and owner relations were fine.
Other comments	You can buy a lot of boat for little money. It's a matter of finding the right one that needs little extra care. Highly reccomended for persons who want to get into boating without a high cost.
