If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Absolutely, Great Late model 25 with the wing keel, and lower floor.

The boat's best features	Space, construction, and performance.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Factory stove is a dangerous POS!!!!!
Sailing characterisitcs	Very predictable in all points of sail. My 6 yr old almost has mastered the helm duties.
Motoring characterisitcs	Acceptable. Engine ofset from centerline coused a few early docking problems(boat turns when power is first applied)
Liveability	Ok for weekends

Other comments	Love it. Better and 1/4 the price of a new one.
