If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Absolutely. It's perfect for what I want in a boat. A trailerable pocket cruiser keeps me from becoming dependent on a marina and the associated costs.
Gear that's been added	Fixed VHF, Shore power w/on-board charger. Planning to add: Tiller-pilot (networked)Wind and depth instruments (networked)Cruising Spinaker
Structural or complex improvements	None.
The boat's best features	Easy to sail. Easy to maintain. FUN!!!
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Everything works great on this boat. The only complaint I have is that the main sail is a bit worn out, but that's only because of normal use. I plan to have it re-cut this winter.
Sailing characterisitcs	Easy to sail, even single-handed. I like to reef early when the winds pick up. Otherwise it heels excessively. I've heard others say that it heels so far and then stiffens. Well, my boat doesn't have that characteristic. The higher the wind, the more it heels. There is no "stiff" point. The swing-keel is great for getting into shallow waters for anchoring.
Motoring characterisitcs	I have a 8hp Evinrude and it's more than I need. Half throttle moves the boat pretty briskly.
Liveability	Anything more than a weekend would probably be a challenge. Plenty of storage space for supplies however. Just not a lot of head room and such.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	Have had no interaction with Catalina.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	I bought my boat from a private owner.
