Structural or complex improvements None
The boat's best features Very stable boat, points well. I have the tall rig which sails very well in light breezes. Very well laid-out cabin with lots of open room for 2 couples.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. None that stand out.
Sailing characterisitcs Very stable. Tall rig sails well even in very light breeze. Points well in stronger breeze.
Motoring characterisitcs Very good other than very slow to turn starboard when backing.
Liveability I like the cabin very much, very roomy and easy to move about. Aft bed could use a little more room between the cushion and cockpit sole.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Service has been very friendly. A little slow in delivering parts ordered.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any The people at Grandpappy Point have been very good at seeing to my needs with the purchase and servicing of this boat.
