If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Yes !!!! Love the boat , Fun to sail and can not beat the price for the boat ... this is a wonderful boat to learn how to sail on ... If and when we do upgrade it would be hard for us to get rid of ....
Gear that's been added	Yes , depth finder and speed/temp... compass , auto tiller, bimini top ... its set up for fun in the sun ..
Structural or complex improvements	None ..
The boat's best features	Just a good all around boat that is safe to sail in and fun for the whole family..
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Nothing really , person that had this before me took excellent care , only thing we are finding thats a problem is gel coat spider cracking inside and out , but hey this boat was built in 1978 , So i guess a lil wear is fine ...

Motoring characterisitcs	I have a 9.9 johnson outboard on her and she scoots in the water real quick if need to power in ...
Liveability	Cabin is close but great for just a over nighter , Hey thats why they make a 25 and 27 that we hope to upgrade to in near future , for cabin space that is ..
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	Catalina , What can I say great place to buy anything you want for your boat and guess what IT FITS when you get it ..

Other comments	Yea , If your first time sailor and looking for a boat that you can learn on and be safe when doing it , well the 22 is what you want ..
