Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Electrical systems need to be brought up to date so all systems are working. The fresh water pump not working as I write this, the bilge pump for excess water in hull also down right now. I will have work/cost estimate done this week on that work.
Sailing characterisitcs	Not sure how to tell. So far we feel safe on this nice boat. Have had significant wind at times with thunderstorm gusts in New England.
Motoring characterisitcs	A bitch to back up and give it the back-up direction you want out of her. Other than that, just great.
Liveability	Very comfortable
