If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Absolutely! It is comfortable for two people and two standard poodles. And the boat sails and powers beautifully. We spend most weekends aboard as well as long vacations and have never felt confined.
Gear that's been added	Rigid vang and central air/heat in 2004.
Structural or complex improvements	None
The boat's best features	The "big boat" feel as she moves through the water. This is a heavy boat for its size and the Chesapeake chop does not slow her down.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	So far no problems.
Sailing characterisitcs	Sails very well in up to 15 knot with full sail. Over 15 knots it is best to reef and use full genoa. Have sailed in winds up to 30 knots with no handling issues at all. She tracks well under both sail and power.
Motoring characterisitcs	This boat has the 26 hp diesel and 3-blade prop and usual motoring speed is 5.5 to 6 knots. Strong pull to port from prop walk.Turns easily in its own lenght.
Liveability	Very good. The aft berth is quite comfortable fot two adults and the settes are not bad for quick naps. The height of the counter top in the galley is just right and makes preparing food and cleaning up easy. Have actually used the propane over moer frequently than expected.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	Excellent.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	Purchased the boat from a local dealer in Annapolis, MD, and the experience has been very good. From ordering the boat through delivery to covering some warranty issues, everything has gone very well.
