Gear that's been added	Raymarine Chart plotter, ST60 wind system.
Structural or complex improvements	None.
The boat's best features	In-mast roller furling main, comfortable cockpit, Autopilot, lines led aft, well designed and spacious cabin, wide decks, Very large lazarette storage, easy stern access to dinghy, really attractive boat.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Holidays (air gaps) in gel coat below the waterline, rudder blisters.
Sailing characterisitcs	Mostly light to moderate air. Have not experienced bad weather yet, I'm a fair weather sailor. Sails pretty well and reasonably fast considering there are no battens and straight leech with the in-mast furling main. The 150 Genoa makes up for some of this.
Motoring characterisitcs	Handles well, had her is 4-6 footers under diesel power, and handled well with positive control.
Liveability	Love the layout, perfect for two, but wish she had the inner spring mattress that the 310 had. Galley design, Frig and Microwave great. Head is just the right size.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	Catalina Dealership stores and maintains the boat, very pleased with the service at Nestegg Marine.

Other comments	Really Love the boat so far, would highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable daysailer or weekender.
