We do alot of swimming and I got tired of all the water getting brought into the cockpit when people would climb back into the boat from the ladder. I went to the marine surpluss store and got these 2 platforms. I got some good sealed hinges and SS bolts. I cut a backing plate for inside the rear locker, through drilled the holes and bolted. I added the little leg supports under the platforms for enough support for large adults. Just a piece of line ties to the stanchion for upright storage. Since we cant afford a new enough boat to get the walk through transom, this solves our problem.
