General condition and any additional information

This boat looks like she just came out of the factory. The owners have maintained her impeccably. The 320 is one of Catalina’s best sailing boats. She performs well, has a very large cockpit, and is very comfortable for cruising with a huge fridge and a good size freezer. New sails ($7,000), new electronics ($15,000), and modifications to the rigging that make this C320 easy to single hand. You have to see this sailboat to believe it.
