Standard features

This Catalina 320 was primarily day sailed on the Chesapeake Bay by the first owners. She was dry stored every winter. The owners sold due to infrequent use. There are only 102 hours on the engine. The furling Main and Genoa are in excellent condition. We purchased the boat and had the bottom stripped, a fresh barrier coat applied and 2 coats of Petit Trinidad. The boat is now located in Charleston, SC harbor. We now find ourselves unexpectedly moving to Georgia and must sell.
The owner’s stateroom aft has a Queen sized berth with a 6 inch mattress. It is located next to the large shower/head compartment. The Galley has double Stainless Steel sinks, microwave oven, a propane stove with oven, and a large fridge with icebox with an Adler Barbour compressor and evaporator installed in 2016. The salon has 2 settees, one of which can be converted to a double berth with included filler cushion. The forward cabin has a spacious V-berth, also with a 6 inch mattress. Factory installed reverse cycle heat and air conditioning keeps the entire cabin comfortable.
