Running Late-Updated Galley

1981 Catalina 30 TRBS-Galley upgrades- Painted awful formica counters with white Rustoleum countertop paint 4 years ago-it still looks great and has undergone pretty hard wear with minimal spot fixing. Much easier than replacing the countertops. Also varnished all the interior wood 6 years ago -has held up very well, looks great, brightens interior and makes cleaning simpler. The old pressurized stove-I took out burners and replaced with an Origo knockoff (Cookmate) stove. I kept the pressurized oven. We use the oven intermittently-works well. The stove is great-very simple, safe, and heats things quickly (i.e. water for coffee)-a simple, must do upgrade for old Catalinas. Replaced the old faucet with new stainless faucet at same time-simple and looks much nicer.
